SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST

As a Service Desk Specialist at Vamonos IT, you’ll play a crucial role in providing technical support to users within the organizations we support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with computer hardware and software issues. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
